MEGADETH, MOTÖRHEAD, SLAYER, ALICE IN CHAINS Members Reveal Favorite Albums Of All Time

Rhapsody Blog has uploaded short interviews with members of MEGADETH, MOTÖRHEAD, SLAYER, ALICE IN CHAINS, HELLYEAH, TRIVIUM, SUICIDE SILENCE and others conducted at the first annual Epiphone Revolver Golden Gods Awards, which was held on April 7 at Club Nokia in downtown Los Angeles. Metal's best and brightest reveal their favorite albums of all time. The clincher? They've only got 45 seconds to do so — and you'll be surprised how long that can be.

America's first-ever hard rock and heavy metal music award show will be broadcast on MTV2 as a one-hour special debuting tonight (Saturday, May 2). The ultimate evening of heavy music featured performances from MEGADETH, KILLSWITCH ENGAGE, HATEBREED, ALL THAT REMAINS and SUICIDE SILENCE, along with a very special DJ set from SLIPKNOT's Corey Taylor to kick off the event. The night ill culminated with rock legend Ozzy Osbourne being honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Hosted by actor/comic Brian Posehn ("The Sarah Silverman Program"),the night — a celebration of one of rock's most enduring and fan-supported genres — also featured special appearances by MOTÖRHEAD's Lemmy Kilmister, Glenn Danzig, Maynard James Keenan of TOOL and PUSCIFER, Jonathan Davis of KORN, ALICE IN CHAINS, Vinnie Paul, Scott Ian, Olympic gold-medalist Shaun White, PROTEST THE HERO, ISIS, Brendon Small from DETHKLOK, STEEL PANTHER and WWE wrestler CM Punk.
